Leading bars from New York, London, Bangkok, Singapore, New Delhi and Jakarta descend on Wynn Palace for a two-day celebration of global cocktail culture

Macao, March 4, 2026 — Following the success of its inaugural edition, Wing Lei Bar & Friends returns for its second installment, transforming Wynn Palace into a global cocktail destination. From March 13-14, 2026, Volume 2 of this year-long, four-part quarterly series brings together acclaimed bars from six of the world’s most influential drinking cities – New York, London, Bangkok, Singapore, New Delhi and Jakarta – for an immersive two-day program of guest shifts, panel discussions and cultural exchange.
Born from the spirit of friendship and global collaboration that defines Wing Lei Bar’s UNITY cocktail menu, Wing Lei Bar & Friends Vol. 2 shifts the lens outward – under the theme ‘Liquid Culture: How Global Hotspots are Shaking Up the Cocktail World’, this edition positions Macao as the crossroads where established cocktail capitals and emerging powerhouses converge, creating a dynamic dialogue between contrasting traditions, techniques and sensibilities. A World Tour in One Weekend
Wing Lei Bar & Friends Vol. 2 Liquid Culture line-up for Friday & Saturday
Across two evenings, seven guest bars will take over the counter in succession, offering a rare opportunity to experience sharply different approaches to hospitality without leaving a single room.
The program opens on Friday, March 13 with a showcase of Wing Lei Bar’s celebrated UNITY cocktail menu, followed by appearances from Bangkok’s Opium (#43 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), Singapore’s representatives Night Hawk (#77 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025) and Native (#45 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), and New York’s Sip & Guzzle (#39 The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025) late into the night.
Saturday, March 14 begins with a panel discussion on “The Death or Rebirth of the Classic Cocktail” moderated by Mark Lloyd, bringing together participating bartenders, before the spotlight shifts to New Delhi’s No Vacancy, Jakarta’s Modernhaus (#12 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025) and London’s Archive & Myth (#18 UK’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars 2026) – charting a trajectory from rising scenes to globally established institutions.
Beyond Guest Shifts: A Cultural Exchange in Tangible Form
Wing Lei Bar & Friends was conceived as more than a series of guest shifts – it is a platform for genuine industry dialogue. Volume 1 demonstrated the powerful appetite for such exchange, drawing over a 100 bartenders, critics and enthusiasts from across Asia for a densely programmed weekend of collaborations, discussions and immersive experiences.

Volume 2 deepens that premise by bringing together cities that have shaped global cocktail trends alongside those rapidly emerging as new centers of innovation. The result is less a competition than a conversation – one that unfolds across the bar counter, at the panel table, and informally between guests and bartenders throughout the weekend.
Collectible Campaign Returns
That spirit of connection extends beyond the drinks themselves. The series’ signature collectible sticker campaign returns in an evolved form. With each collaboration cocktail ordered, guests receive blind packs of limited-edition stickers, encouraging trading and organic interaction among attendees. What begins as a playful gesture quickly becomes a social catalyst, prompting strangers to exchange stories as readily as stickers.

In an industry defined by fleeting experiences, these tangible keepsakes serve as lasting reminders of encounters that might otherwise fade at last call. The weekend transforms into something that can be revisited, shared and built upon across future volumes.
