Germaine Woon 
Founder & Managing Director

Born and bred in the bustling city of Hong Kong and now based in Singapore, Germaine has an insatiable passion for all things food and drink where she has spent the last decade carving out a successful career in hospitality marketing. Her extensive expertise has seen her spearhead an impressive portfolio of internationally acclaimed brands ranging from MICHELIN, nightlife, FMCG, luxury hotels and over 100 restaurants and bars. Throughout her career, she has managed and mentored over 20 in-house / agency marketers, creatives and communications.


Germaine's expertise and curiosity has landed her in Singapore where she led the commercial marketing and PR for a portfolio of World 50 Best restaurants, chef experiences and large-scale music events.
