Germaine Woon
Founder & Managing Director
Born and raised in the bustling city of Hong Kong and now based in Singapore, Germaine has spent the last decade building a distinguished career in hospitality marketing, driven by a deep-rooted passion for food, drink, and culture. Her experience spans an impressive portfolio of internationally acclaimed brands across MICHELIN, luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, nightlife, entertainment, and FMCG.Throughout her career, she has led, managed, and mentored large, multicultural teams of in-house marketers, creatives, and communications professionals, shaping commercially driven and culturally relevant campaigns.
Germaine’s expertise and curiosity have brought her to Singapore, where she led commercial marketing and PR for a portfolio of World’s 50 Best restaurants, chef-led experiences (including Central, NARISAWA, Le Du and Indian Accent), and large-scale music events.
