As Asia's best bartenders descend on the region for Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026, Campari is marking the occasion with a week of events spanning Hong Kong and the awards' home at Wynn Palace in Macau. With the ceremony taking place on 28 July, the programme brings together Campari Red Hands champions, regional headline talent and some of Asia's most celebrated bars for a run of guest shifts, showcases and one late-night finale.
As Official Bitters Partner of Asia's 50 Best Bars, Campari will also host a booth at the official awards ceremony on 28 July at the Grand Theatre within Wynn Palace, where the region's best bars will be revealed and the Campari One To Watch Award – recognising a bar with the potential to break into a future top 50 ranking – will be presented.
Expect bold drinks, cross-border collaborations and the kind of craftsmanship that defines the region's cocktail scene – all carried by Campari's signature flair.

CAMPARI HOSPITALITY AT MIUS – Sunday, 26 July
Campari kicks off the week with a showcase at Mius, Hong Kong, the Central Soho neighbourhood bar named a Top 4 International nominee for Best New International Cocktail Bar at the 2026 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. Opened in August 2025, Mius takes its name from the word muse and is built around a simple idea – timeless drinks done well, comforting food and a space where guests feel genuinely welcomed. Its mid-century modern interior and tightly edited menu of modern classics have made it one of the most talked-about openings in the city. From 15:00 to 19:00, the venue welcomes a line-up of champions from Campari Red Hands – the brand's flagship APAC bartending competition – alongside regional talents for an afternoon of world-class technique and storytelling.
Guest bartenders include:
Cris Song – Head Bartender at Pony Up, Shanghai; Campari Red Hands APAC Winner 2025 (also Mainland China champion)
Hiroyuki Yamada – of Bee's Knees, Kyoto; Campari Red Hands APAC Japan Winner 2025 and 3rd place at the APAC Finals
Tanat 'Kem' Suttirak – Head Bartender at Cherry Olive Cocktail Club, Bangkok, and Diageo World Class Thailand 2024 Bartender of the Year
Uno Jang – Creative Director of the Jigger & Pony Group and co-founder of B.O.P (Bartenders of Pony), Singapore; the 2025 Asia’s 50 Best Bartenders' Bartender Award-winner
They are hosted by Mius founder Shelley Tai, a Hong Kong native and one of the region's most respected hospitality figures, who was named the 2026 Bartenders' Bartender – the only peer-voted honour at Asia's 50 Best Bars, celebrating the individual the industry believes has had the most positive impact on the drinks community.
Each will bring drinks crafted to surprise, delight and inspire, traversing some of the region's most exciting bar scenes through their own local flavours and ingredients.
