This Father's Day, LeVeL33 invites families to gather over two sharing feasts ($248, serves 3 to 4 guests) that celebrate the best of land, sea and brewery. Available from 19 to 21 June 2026, the limited-time offerings showcase the venue's signature ContemBrewery philosophy through premium ingredients such as Kaluga A&K Caviar, freshly shucked oysters and an 800g Australian Angus Ribeye on the Bone, complemented by brewery-inspired touches including Housemade Beer Blini, Wheat Beer Ponzu and IPA & Honey Roasted Garlic. Set against panoramic views from Singapore's highest urban microbrewery, the specials are designed for sharing, while fathers dining on 21 June 2026 will also enjoy a complimentary first half pint of LeVeL33 craft beer, with additional half pints available at a special Father's Day price of $6 throughout the day.

At the heart of the celebration is the Father's Day Sharing Seafood Platter ($248, serves 3 to 4 guests), featuring Kaluga A&K Caviar served with Crème Fraîche and Housemade Beer Blini, a dozen freshly shucked Oysters accompanied by Wheat Beer Ponzu and Yarra Valley Salmon Roe, Ocean Trout Sashim, Nam Jim dressing, Wakame and Pomelo, and Poached Prawns served with Housemade Smoked Cocktail Sauce.

Charcoal & Wood-Grilled Australian Angus Ribeye on the Bone 

For families seeking a hearty centrepiece, the Charcoal & Wood-Grilled Australian Angus Ribeye on the Bone ($288, serves 3–4 guests) takes centre stage. Featuring an impressive 800g Australian Angus Ribeye (MBS 3+) grilled over charcoal and wood fire, the dish delivers rich, robust flavours complemented by Grilled Asparagus, Truffle Potato Purée and Heirloom Tomato Salad. 

As Singapore's highest urban microbrewery, LeVeL33's Father's Day celebrations would not be complete without beer. On Sunday, 21 June 2026, all fathers dining at LeVeL33 will enjoy a complimentary first half pint of craft beer, while additional half pints will be available at a special Father's Day price of $6 throughout the day. Freshly brewed on-site by resident brewmaster Gabriel Garcia, LeVeL33's beers are crafted using a blend of traditional brewing techniques and contemporary innovation, with styles ranging from crisp Blond Lager and refreshing wheat-forward brews to bold India Pale Ales, rich Stouts and House Porters.
