Experience a night of Victorian gothic mystery, ghostly legends, and masterful mixology this Halloween.
The newest gem in Singapore’s cocktail landscape, Horatio at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS, 圣淘沙名胜世界), is making its Halloween debut with a haunting celebration steeped in Victorian intrigue and supernatural tales. On 31 October & 1 November 2025, from 8.00 pm till late, the bar unveils its first-ever Halloween event — Horatio’s Haunted Spirits: Tales from the Séance Parlour — where ghostly folklore and the era’s obsession with the occult converge in a night of theatrical wonder and immersive storytelling.
From the moment guests step into the entrance, The Portal of Secrets, they are transported into a world thick with mist, flickering lanterns, and whispers of journeys long forgotten. The air hums with the scent of spiced spirits, candle smoke and just a hint of mischief, while glowing bottles beckon with stories of their haunted origins — some sinister, some delightfully absurd. Every corner brims with dark humour and eerie charm, as the bar invites guests to lose themselves in a world where rare spirits, ghostly tales, and otherworldly storytelling blur the line between myth and macabre reality. In the Main Parlour, every sense is stirred — the rustle of unseen figures, the chill of a ghostly draft, the creak of floorboards, and the cackle of laughter. Guided by the bar team channeling ghostly explorers alongside iconic archetypes, guests are invited to surrender to an experience that is immersive, eerie, theatrical and playfully twisted.
Guests can immerse themselves in a range of hauntingly unique experiences throughout the evening. They may seek guidance from The Oracle Table, a five-minute tarot reading that channels the mystical allure of Victorian spiritualism, exploring “spirits of the past” or “future adventures.” Readings are led by Sangeetha of The Moon's Mirror, whose sessions are a unique blend of tarot and numerology, offering guests insights that are both mystical and personal. Adventurous souls are also invited to step into the roles of spectral travellers from Horatio’s storied journeys, whether explorers, pirates, monks, or phantoms, each brought to life with elaborate costumes and whispered legends. At The Portrait Parlor, a themed photo booth, guests can capture these ghostly personas in fun, gothic-inspired portraits that bring Horatio’s haunted adventures to life.
In true Horatio fashion, every cocktail is a tale waiting to be told. The evening’s exclusive Halloween menu features an array of haunting creations inspired by ghostly legends and folklore from across the globe.
Kasper “The Lost Soul”(S$28)
Nikka Gin | Apple Juice | Elderflower | Aloe Vera | Saline | Lemon Bitters
They say a friendly ghost lingers where the air tastes of apples and flowers. His touch is cool, almost tender, leaving a trace of salt on the lips and a shiver down the spine. Some laugh at the thought of him, but those who’ve sipped his welcome know better – sweetness fades, whispers remain.
The Séance Sour (S$28) Rye whiskey | Black tea syrup | Lemon | Aquafaba/egg white | Bitters | Edible gold dust Spiritualists in Victorian parlors poured whiskey to “welcome” spirits into their circle. The frothy surface was believed to be a canvas for the dead, who spelled messages in shifting foam and smoke.
Midnight Woman “La Llorona” (S$28)
Sichuan Pepper–Infused Tequila | Cherry Tomato | Olive Brine | Light Soy | Strawberry | Citrus (Milk Punch)
La Llorona, a mythological woman in Mexican and Latin American oral tradition whose siren-like wails are said to lure adults and children to their untimely deaths.
The Quinn (S$16)
Jura 12 Sherry | Campari | Sweet Vermouth | Black Charcoal Powder
The distillery has two ghosts: a vengeful old woman who scared the founder, Laird Archibald Campbell, into building the distillery and the friendly spirit of former schoolteacher Elizabeth Quinn.

The Hollow Pumpkin (S$18)

Blood Moon Offering (S$18)

When the blood moon rises, the villagers leave crimson offerings at the edge of the fields – fruit carved open like hearts, their sweetness meant to calm whatever stirs in the dark. Some say the spirits accept with silence, but others whisper that a sharper taste lingers in the air, a warning from the beyond. This drink is poured in their honor: vibrant, glowing, and just a little too alive.
Tickets are priced at S$48, which includes one welcome drink to begin your journey into the unknown. Guests are also invited to come dressed in their most haunting attire, with prizes to be won for the best dressed of the night. Get your tickets here at Horatio’s Haunted Spirits.
