Lennon’s: Bangkok Beats Signature Cocktails
Horatio of Resorts World Sentosa (RWS, 圣淘沙名胜世界) continues its journey of spirited discovery with the latest edition of Horatio’s Curious Companions, turning its attention to the Land of Smiles. For one night only on Friday, 22 May 2026, from 8pm until late, Horatio welcomes its first bartender from Thailand: Kosil Kamja (James), Bar Manager of Lennon’s Bangkok and recipient of the Emerging Bartender of the Year award at the Bangkok Bar Show 2025. For the evening, James will present four of his signature cocktails from Lennon’s Bangkok Beats cocktail menu, each capturing a different expression of the city’s rhythm. All cocktails for the evening will be priced at S$20.
Perched atop Rosewood Bangkok, Lennon’s is a music-led cocktail bar recognised on The World’s 50 Best Bars Discovery platform. Renowned for its vinyl-driven concept, the bar houses the largest vinyl collection in Bangkok’s bar scene, with over 6,000 records. Built on the belief that music is not just heard but felt—and, in this case, tasted—Lennon’s translates sound into cocktails inspired by decades of music, from jazz and soul to funk and contemporary grooves.
At the heart of the evening is “Bangkok Beats,” a signature cocktail concept that captures the spirit of Thailand’s vibrant capital. Each drink harmonises Thai ingredients with musical inspiration, reflecting distinct tempos—from soft, melodic notes to bold, vibrant crescendos. The result is a sensory journey that transforms Bangkok’s rhythm into liquid form. Leading the show is Kosil Kamja, affectionately known as James—one of Bangkok’s rising bartending talents. Known for his warm, magnetic presence behind the bar, James brings a style of hospitality rooted as much in connection as in craft. With a background spanning acclaimed venues such as Crimson Room and Firefly at Sindhorn Kempinski, he has developed an approach that balances precision with personality, crafting experiences that draw guests back for the atmosphere as much as the drinks.

Highlights for the night includes:
ManDO – Tini
The Botanist Islay Gin, Coconut Oil, Dry Mango, Marian Plum, Pandan, Bianco Vermouth
Inspired by the quiet balance of Thailand’s most iconic dessert, the mango sticky rice, ManDO – Tini reflects a softer, more melodic side of Bangkok. Coconut, fruit and fragrance move in gentle sync, never overpowering, always flowing. Built on coconut oil-washed gin, the drink is smooth and rounded, with mango and Marian plum lending lift, while pandan softens the finish, resulting in a composition that is restrained, yet expressive through its taste.
FAd Thai Sour
Wild Turkey Bourbon, Peanut Butter, Chives, Tamarind Orgeat, Calamansi, Egg White
Bold, layered and constantly shifting, FAd Thai Sour draws from the energy of Pad Thai. Bourbon forms the backbone, enriched with peanut butter and chive-infused whisky, while tamarind and calamansi cut through with brightness. Each element arrives at its own pace, creating a drink that feels dynamic yet ultimately balanced.
Sago Regroni
Longan Rum, Pandan Vermouth, Ratafia Rossi, Campari, Orange Bitters
Inspired by the quiet familiarity of Thai Sago Desserts, Sago Regroni reinterprets their light sweetness and gentle texture through the structure of a classic Negroni. Built on a bittersweet base of rum, vermouth and Campari, the drink is softened by longan and pandan and finished with rainbow sago, introducing a subtle texture and a playful nod to the desserts it draws from.
Secret Cocktail
In keeping with Horatio’s Curious Companions tradition, the evening will spotlight an exclusive password-only cocktail. Crafted with Inchon Chrysanthemum Gin from Chonburi, distilled with seawater for a delicate saline edge, and layered with wild honey from Northern Thailand, the drink reflects Lennon’s dedication to expressing a sense of place through sound and flavour. The cocktail will be revealed via Horatio’s Instagram (@thehoratiosingapore) 48 hours before the event.
