Feel the city come alive from 33 floors above the iconic Marina Bay Street Circuit as LeVeL33 presents its Night Race Experience from 9 to 11 October 2026. Across three adrenaline-charged days, guests can catch the race action live across multiple screens with race commentary, paired with LeVeL33’s signature ContemBrewery cuisine, freshly brewed craft beer and panoramic views of the illuminated Marina Bay skyline. 

Available for lunch and dinner throughout the weekend, LeVeL33’s night race programme offers several ways to experience the excitement. Guests can explore an extensive à la carte menu, gather over a four-course sharing menu priced at $168++ per guest, or raise a glass with a three-hour free-flow beverage package at $149++ per guest.

At the heart of the weekend is the Four-Course Sharing Menu ($168++ per guest), created for groups of three to twenty guests. The experience opens with LeVeL33 Parker House Rolls finished with beer and honey glaze and truffle butter, alongside Freshly Shucked Oysters accompanied by Yarra Valley Salmon Roe and Nam Jim Dressing. 

The menu continues with dishes that reflect LeVeL33’s beer-centric culinary philosophy. Highlights include Burrata with Baba Ganoush, Confit Tomato, Spent Grain Croutons and Stout Balsamic; Tasmanian Ocean Trout Sashimi with Citrus Salsa and Kombu Oil; and Wagyu Beef Tartare served with Beer Vinegar Matchstick Fries and Roasted Yeast Aioli. 

For the mains, the Westholme Wagyu Ribeye MBS6–7 is complemented by IPA & Honey Roasted Garlic, Balsamic-Roasted Vine Tomatoes and housemade condiments. The Australian Murray Cod offers a seafood counterpart, served with Brut Beer and Avruga Caviar Beurre Blanc, Kombu Parsley Oil, Sautéed Spinach and Confit Garlic. Guests can also select two sides for the table, with choices ranging from Charcoal-Grilled Broccolini with Lager Hollandaise to Truffle Mash Potato with Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 

Dessert keeps the brewery connection firmly in focus. The selection includes Housemade Spent Grain & Wheat Beer Churros with Stout Chocolate Espuma, Mango & Rum-Roasted Pineapple Tart with Brut Beer Jelly, and LeVeL33 Chocolate & Stout, featuring lava cake, sorbet, salted caramel and a housemade spent grain cookie. 

Guests who prefer to curate their own dining experience can explore LeVeL33’s extensive à la carte menu, available throughout the day during the celebratory weekend.

Spanning freshly shucked oysters, caviar and sustainable seafood from the Raw Bar to beer-inspired snacks, starters and signature steaks grilled over hardwood and Japanese binchotan charcoal, highlights include the Spent Grain & Koji Dry-Aged Westholme Wagyu Rump Cap and Perle Hops & Organic Coffee Dry-Aged Westholme Wagyu Bone-In Sirloin—both showcasing LeVeL33’s distinctive approach to incorporating beer, brewing ingredients and brewery by-products into its cuisine.

When the city lights up, so does the brewery. As the world’s highest urban microbrewery in a building, LeVeL33 brings fresh energy to the night race celebration with a Three-Hour Free-Flow Beverage Package ($149++ per guest) featuring its freshly brewed Blond Lager, Wheat Beer, India Pale Ale, House Porter, Stout, Seasonal Brew and Brut Beer. 

The package also includes Prosecco, Prosecco Rosé, a broad selection of red, white and rosé wines, spirits and signature cocktails. Guests can choose from race-night favourites such as the Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Beericano, all alongside non-alcoholic beers, mocktails, juices, sodas, coffee and tea. 

Celebration packages are also available for groups looking to mark the occasion with sparkling wine or Champagne. Bellavista Franciacorta Alma Assemblage 1 DOCG is offered from $138++ per bottle, while Champagne Barons de Rothschild Brut NV is available from $190++ per bottle, with special two and three-bottle packages available.
