Mother’s Day calls for a meal shared together, and this year, LeVeL33 invites families to celebrate the occasion with a special Mother’s Day 4-Course Sharing Menu set against sweeping views of Marina Bay. Available on Sunday, 10 May 2026, from 12pm to 2.30pm, as well as dinner with pre-order, the curated menu showcases the restaurant’s signature ContemBrewery cuisine, where contemporary European cooking is subtly influenced by the microbrewery at its heart.
Priced at $88++ per guest, the experience is designed for relaxed, family-style dining. As a special thank-you, every mum will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco Rosé, adding an extra touch of celebration to the afternoon in one of Singapore’s most scenic dining destinations.

The 4-course sharing menu begins with a spread of snacks and starters featuring bright seafood dishes and seasonal ingredients. Guests then select two mains for the table, accompanied by sharing sides, before the meal concludes with a choice of desserts. Throughout the menu, LeVeL33’s culinary style subtly weaves in elements from its in-house microbrewery, with beer appearing in sauces, dressings, desserts, as well as upcycled ingredients that reflect the microbrewery’s sustainable philosophy.

MARKET OYSTERS — Served with Wheat Beer Ponzu and Avruga Caviar, pairing briny freshness with a bright citrus-soy dressing subtly infused with LeVeL33’s wheat beer.
NEW ZEALAND KING SALMON — A vibrant dish dressed in Thai citrus dressing, Nam Jim, accompanied by Dragon Fruit, Cucumber Salsa and Yarra Valley Roe, premium sustainably produced salmon roe that is hand-milked for quality, prized for its vibrant colour and delicate pop-in-the-mouth texture.
CHARCOAL GRILLED WESTHOLME PETIT TENDER MBS 6–7+ — Highly Marbled Australian Wagyu, pasture-raised and grain-finished, grilled over charcoal and served with Roasted Shallots, Sherry Purée and a rich Stout Bordelaise that subtly nods to the brewery’s craft beers.
PAN-SEARED AUSTRALIAN OCEAN TROUT — Paired with Confit Tomato and Braised Leeks, and brought together by a refined Vanilla & Brut Beer Beurre Blanc, incorporating LeVeL33’s Champagne-inspired Brut Beer for a bright, elegant finish.
HOUSEMADE SPENT GRAIN & WHEAT BEER CHURROS — A playful finale incorporating grains from the brewing process, paired with Wheat Beer Vanilla Pastry Cream and Stout Chocolate Espuma.
