Zuma Hong Kong is reimagining New Year’s Eve as an intimate jazz club experience, transforming its entire venue for one night only on 31 December 2025. The restaurant will immerse guests in an atmosphere of timeless glamour—complete with a live jazz ensemble, cascading blue and silver tinsel, free-flowing Ruinart champagne, and exclusive Japanese live food stations operating until 12:30 am. Guests can choose their path to midnight: the signature Yashoku Night Brunch with seamless party access, a refined New Year’s Eve dinner, or direct entry to what promises to be one of Hong Kong’s most sophisticated countdown celebrations.
The Ultimate NYE Experience: Yashoku Night Brunch & Party Access

For guests seeking a seamless evening, the special New Year’s Eve edition of Zuma’s Yashoku Night Brunch offers the premier package. Beginning at 7:30pm, this HKD 1,980 per person experience delivers a 2.5-hour culinary journey featuring an endless flow of refined Japanese cold dishes, sushi, sashimi, and tempura, complemented by two signature main courses. Free-flowing Ruinart champagne, sake, beer, and soft drinks accompany the feast, enjoyed amidst exclusive décor created specifically for the evening. The package includes direct access to the countdown party that follows.
An Evening of Refined Revelry: The Jazz-club-inspired Countdown Party

From 10pm, the lounge and bar will be enveloped in an atmosphere of understated luxury, adorned with cascading blue and silver tinsel. The air fills with the soulful melodies of a live jazz band, featuring a captivating vocalist, smooth saxophonist, and skilled percussionist. Their performances weave seamlessly into the sets of Zuma's resident DJ, building anticipation towards the midnight countdown.
As the night builds towards midnight, guests can indulge in exclusive, complimentary food stations on the 5/F terrace (11pm to 12:30am), featuring Spicy Tuna Tempura Sushi, Yellowtail, and Takoyaki. The celebration includes free-flowing Ruinart champagne, beer, soft drinks, and two signature cocktails, whilst dynamic dance performances punctuate the atmosphere throughout the night.
General admission to the New Year's Eve Countdown Party (10pm to 1:30am, with free-flow concluding at 1am) is priced at HKD 1,080 per person. A limited number of early-bird tickets are available for HKD 880.

Alternatively, the New Year’s Eve Dinner in the 5/F restaurant offers a refined feast for HKD 1,680 per person. The opulent tasting menu features a Sushi and Sashimi platter, Langoustine Kataifi Tempura with Truffle Soy Butter, Crispy-scale Japanese Amadai with Uni Butter Soy, and Japanese A4 Wagyu Sirloin, concluding with a festive dessert platter. Guests selecting dinner service from 8pm onwards can pre-purchase countdown party access at a special rate of HKD 350.
