Keeping the legacy of secret societies alive, The Lobby Bar Hey Society (嘿社會) is a series of bar collaborations with the industry’s most notorious hedonists from all over the world.

First on the roster: the defiant, brilliant Ezra Star from Mostly Harmless Bar in Hong Kong. Ezra has won and been nominated for the American Bartender of the Year (2017 to 2020) and International Bartender of the Year in 2021—and has been inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame for her work pioneering female bartenders.

Next up, we’ve got the notorious Saan Dhakal of Courtroom joining us for one night only. Before co-founding Courtroom, Saanl has been accused of some serious good taste around Hong Kong—helping The Old Man secure #1 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars and #9 worldwide in 2019, then putting Penicillin Bar on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list for 4 consecutive years.

This time, we welcome world-renowned bartender Mark Lloyd of Wing Lei Bar for one night only. Expect an exclusive first taste of Wing Lei Bar’s redesigned signature menu—four new cocktails that reinvent the classics with refined precision. With two decades of experience across Asia’s top bars (including the innovative trailblazing chain J. Boroski), Mark is a master of balance, blending industrial chemistry with cocktail artistry.
