Fresh off its debut ranking at #80 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, The Opposites is extending the momentum of its anniversary celebrations with a month-long menu highlight in partnership with global sauce and condiments brand Lee Kum Kee, available from 1-31 August 2025.

Building on the success of "Aperitivo Reimagined with Asian Flavours by Lee Kum Kee"—a special ten-hands bar & kitchen collaboration held earlier this summer during The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 celebrations in Turin, Italy—The Opposites is now offering two inventive cocktails created by Co-Founders Antonio Lai and Samuel Kwok.

The Cocktails

  • Summer Soystice by Antonio Lai: A refreshing blend of fresh watermelon juice, caramel syrup, simple syrup, Don Julio Reposado Tequila, fresh lemon juice, and a house-made syrup infused with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce for a savoury, umami depth.

  • La Bonita by Samuel Kwok: A sophisticated and bittersweet serve made with dry vermouth infused with Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce, Don Julio Tequila, Campari, and orange bitters, offering a unique balance of sweetness, citrus, and spice.

Both cocktails are available exclusively at The Opposites for a limited time at HKD 150 per glass throughout August 2025.

Behind the Best

The collaboration with Lee Kum Kee continues to showcase how traditional Asian flavours can be reimagined to inspire modern mixology, bringing together culinary creativity and premium spirits in new and unexpected ways.
