Inspired by a Cantonese Cha Chaan Teng classic that sees a blend of milk tea and coffee together, the Yuenyeung is an espresso martini at heart with tropical flair ☕️🍸
Pineapple rum is shaken with in-house made black tea pineapple syrup to balance the inherent bitterness of dark roast espresso, while a hefty pour of @mrblackspirits lends that extra coffee oomph we all need as night marches on into the witching hour.
The Alternatini menu category is based on easy drinking martini style cocktails, with other favorites — like the Pandantini (a twist on a French martini) and the Passion Fruit martini (a fiery play on the beloved pornstar martini with an added nip of pepper chili heat) — rounding out the category with more sip-worthy selections 🏝️ 🍸 🌶️

At @wingleibar, we build our cocktails brick by brick, with flavor and fun front and center 🍸 The idea for BUILD-A-HIGHBALL is driven by stacking simple flavors and make something greater than the sum of its parts!
We are all so familiar with Black Label’s signature notes, I decided to use a Hay and Vanilla Soda for this highball, with hay bringing out the barley sugars, and the vanilla tying the sweet apples and caramel notes together, taken to full circle by the Popcorn Liquor. And to round it off, I top it with a Banana Foam because everyone goes bananas for banana, and lastly a sprinkle of Ube Powder offers an earthy finish

Mark’s debut two-prong cocktail program is split between a redesigned signature menu and an entirely bespoke 4-question bar program. The signature menu revitalizes four classic styles (sours, stirred, classics, and alternatini) in the form of 12 cocktails, all with hints of culinary sensibilities for which Wynn Palace is celebrated.
Think unsung gastronomic ingredients like lacto-fermented chili, toasted croissants, white chocolate and pandan, avocado oil, and roasted banana peels, each finding their way into classic cocktail styles, inviting imbibers to sip the unexpected.
