Horatio Unveils “Horatio’s Curious Companions,” a Monthly Guest Shift Series Spotlighting Global Bartending Talent

Horatio, Resorts World Sentosa’s (RWS, 圣淘沙名胜世界) whimsical whisky-forward cocktail bar, unveils its latest adventure bar series: Horatio’s Curious Companions. Launching in September, this monthly one-night-only guest shift series invites some of the world’s most celebrated bartenders to journey with Horatio through tales of spirits, flavours, and culture — each adding a new “chapter” to his ever-growing travelogue.

Rooted in Horatio’s ethos of exploration and rare discoveries, every guest bartender brings along a spirit from their hometown or region to inspire an exclusive cocktail for the night. More than a drink, each creation serves as a portal into the bartender’s world — their roots, craft, and imagination. To deepen the narrative, every edition comes with a personally curated playlist from the guest bartender, as well as a password-only drink unlocked only by those who find the secret word revealed exclusively on Horatio’s Instagram 48 hours before the event.

The Line-Up:

September 2025 — Jay Gray (Singapore) British-born, Singapore-based co-founder of the internationally acclaimed Sago House, Jay Gray kicks off the inaugural edition with a showcase of craft, creativity, and a curated cocktail selection — including a mystery spirit that adds an element of intrigue.
November 2025 — Antonio Lai, Quinary (Hong Kong) A pioneering force in Hong Kong’s cocktail scene, Antonio Lai of Quinary brings his innovative techniques and multi-sensory approach to Horatio’s bar for a night of flavour exploration.
December 2025 — Gagan Gurung, Tell Camellia (Hong Kong) Known for his tea-inspired cocktail artistry, Gagan Gurung of Tell Camellia joins the Curious Companions lineup with his signature storytelling style and globally inspired flavours.

As each new Companion takes the reins, Horatio transforms — becoming a new world shaped by the bartender’s experiences, spirits, and culture. The series offers guests a rare opportunity to meet the personalities shaping global cocktail culture today, each leaving behind a story that lingers long after the last sip.
