We're looking for a motivated, organised and proactive individual to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working collaboratively across multiple clients, and is passionate about delivering meaningful work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across client accounts.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, award submissions, newsletters and other communications materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, clients and industry partners.
• Coordinate media events, launches, tastings and brand experiences from planning through execution.
• Support content planning and social media management across client accounts.
• Monitor media coverage and campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities for client brands.
• Manage project timelines and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Work Authorization: Applicants have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Content & Creative Tools: Proficient in Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Productivity Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Organisation & Project Management: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work Style: Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
