Working hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm (Public Holidays and Weekends Off)
Office: Regus 3755, 37th Floor, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

We're looking for a motivated, organised and proactive individual to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working collaboratively across multiple clients, and is passionate about delivering meaningful work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the coordination of end-to-end marketing, branding and communications activities across client accounts.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events and influencer collaborations from planning through execution.
• Contribute ideas and support the development of marketing and PR campaigns.
• Draft creative copy and support quick-turnaround content edits across digital platforms.
• Coordinate vendor quotations, production timelines and campaign logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide insights to support performance optimisation.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines and internal documentation to ensure efficient project management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Work Authorization: Applicants must hold Thai nationality and have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Content & Creative Tools: Proficient in Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Productivity Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Organisation & Project Management: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work Style: Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
