Born and bred in the bustling city of Hong Kong, Germaine has an insatiable passion for all things food and drink where she has spent the last decade carving out a successful career in hospitality marketing. Her extensive expertise has seen her spearhead an impressive portfolio of internationally acclaimed brands ranging from MICHELIN, nightlife, FMCG, luxury hotels, private member clubs and a multitude of restaurants and Asia's 50 Best bars. Throughout her career, she has managed and mentored over 20 in-house/agency marketers, creatives and communications.
Germaine's expertise and curiosity has landed her in Singapore where she led the commercial marketing and PR for a portfolio of World 50 Best restaurants, chef experiences and large scale music events.

Mira is a seasoned trilingual F&B marketing specialist with a fervor for storytelling and branding. Having led the marketing and communications for some of the most esteemed Hong Kong restaurant groups Jia Group and Maximal Concepts, Mira brings a versatile set of commercial skills to her current position at The Foundry.
Raised abroad yet deeply connected to Asia, Mira possesses a profound grasp of crafting compelling narratives for restaurants and devising strategic commercial initiatives that drive revenues.

Blending her expertise in both hospitality and film, Janell is a 360-degree marketer who creates innovative, immersive brand experiences. At Mandala Club, a private members-only venue in Singapore, she designs high-impact campaigns that resonate with discerning audiences. Prior to her role in hospitality, Janell worked at United International Pictures, where her skills in digital marketing and event coordination shaped dynamic campaigns for major movie releases for Universal & Paramount Studios. With a strong foundation in storytelling and audience engagement, she brings a fresh, creative approach to the F&B sector, driving impactful strategies in every project here at The Foundry.

Raised by an Italian father and Malaysian mother, Izzy grew up with a deep appreciation for food and cultural storytelling. With mealtimes at the heart of her family life through countless moves and travels, her love for food became second nature. After studying English Literature to refine her storytelling skills, Izzy stayed connected to hospitality through cafe jobs, restaurant work, and hosting dinner parties for her university’s Italian Society. Now at The Foundry where we focus heavily on F&B across Asia, celebrating diverse cultures and leveraging a strong network, Izzy brings her passion for food and creativity to crafting meaningful experiences through digital media, writing, and event planning.
