This February and March, Asia’s top mixology talents will gather for an all-star lineup of guest shifts and themed collaborations during Bar Convent Singapore (BCB). In honour of this vibrant community, The Foundry Asia will be bringing together icons and rising stars from the region and extending BCB into a month-long celebration across Singapore, Bangkok and Shanghai.

Republic Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, ranked #16 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars (2023), is set to welcome an extraordinary lineup of bartending talent on Sunday, 2 March 2025 for a four-man guest shift takeover. As a destination for world-class talent, Republic Bar provides the perfect stage for this unique experience. Guests will have the rare opportunity to enjoy three distinct Hong Kong bar experiences in a single evening, with each bartender bringing their signature style and expertise to the forefront. This one-night-only event brings together some of Asia’s most acclaimed bartenders, each known for their innovative approach to mixology and for helming award-winning bars across Hong Kong.
The Line-up:
Saan Dhakal from Courtroom (Hong Kong): After being part of the founding team of The Old Man (No.1 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2019; No.9 World’s 50 Best Bars 2019) and Penicillin (No.24 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024), Saan launched Courtroom last August, boasting a sensibly contradictory concept with a focus on social sustainability in underserved communities.
