This February and March, Asia’s top mixology talents will gather for an all-star lineup of guest shifts and themed collaborations during Bar Convent Singapore (BCB). In honour of this vibrant community, The Foundry Asia will be bringing together icons and rising stars from the region and extending BCB into a month-long celebration across Singapore, Bangkok and Shanghai.

Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd of Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace Macau will be taking over one of Bangkok’s most eminent bars, Bar Us (ranked #41 on World’s 50 Best Bars 2023), for one night only, 27 February from 8-11pm. Both bars are celebrated for their scientific approach to mixology, utilising curated distillates, tinctures, and infusions to create culinary-inspired cocktails that play with and intrigue the senses in the most unexpected ways. Drawing on his industrial chemistry and distilling background, Lloyd will feature repurposed ingredients and global spices to present an unpredictable drinks roster that embodies Wing Lei Bar’s philosophy of “limitless cocktails,” engaging both drinks industry nerds and novices alike.
