This February and March, Asia’s top mixology talents will gather for an all-star lineup of guest shifts and themed collaborations during Bar Convent Singapore (BCB). In honour of this vibrant community, The Foundry Asia will be bringing together icons and rising stars from the region and extending BCB into a month-long celebration across Singapore, Bangkok and Shanghai.

1929 by Guillaume Galliot is thrilled to announce “Dames & Drinks: An Asian Spice Route Rally,” a women-led cocktail event that will take place on the eve of International Women’s Day. This three-hour guest bartender takeover will introduce the venue’s Spice Road Cocktail menu to the Shanghai bar scene, highlighting the talents of three celebrated regional female bartenders from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Saigon, plus 1929 by Guillaume Galliot’s own Assistant Bar Manager, Mokino Liu, and Restaurant Manager, Vivian Chen. The event will feature a captivating “Tour of Asia,” where each bartender will take the stage for one hour, serving three signature cocktails that embody the unique spices, ingredients, and flavours of their respective cities. The fourth cocktail each hour will be a signature drink from 1929 by Guillaume Galliot’s own cocktail menu, inspired by the same city.
