
Marcy’s, Singapore’s acclaimed seafood restaurant and cocktail bar, is thrilled to announce a one-night-only takeover – “Marcy’s High Seas” – at Frank’s New York Italian in Central, Hong Kong. For their first ever takeover abroad, Chef-Owner Ryan Choo will bring his European cross-continental communal dining experience to the former fishing village on Saturday, 26th October, with a 5-Course luscious seafood extravaganza. Chef Ryan honed his craft through mentorships with top chefs, learning innovation and the beauty of "ugly produce" at Maven, San Francisco, and mastering seasonal seafood delicacies under MasterChef Koike San at Sushi Koike.
