Le Du at Mandala Masters

No. 1 Asia’s Best Restaurant’s Chef ThiTid ‘Ton’Tassanakajohn to lead a two-week Mandala Masters residency at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore in November 2023

After sold-out residencies with World’s 50 Best chefs featuring Mirazur, Gaggan Anand, Central, NARISAWA and Indian Accent, the culinary arm of Mandala Club, Mandala Masters is proud to announce its next great residency supported by VPBank, led by Mandala Club Culinary Director Reuben Davis.


Collaborating with the newly transformed Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, The Mandala Club invites the culinary team of Bangkok’s Le Du, the number one restaurant from Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2023, for a two-week residency programme.

Led by chef-patron ThiTid Tassanakahjohn (Chef Ton), the award-winning brigade of 26 chefs from the esteemed contemporary Thai restaurant will head up the two-week showcase while its Bangkok restaurant closes for renovation this November.


The pop-up restaurant will take place at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, the first major

gastronomy pop-up since its reopening in September, 2023.

The luxury hotel is set to partner up with Mandala Masters from November 1 to 12 as part of their programming for the unprecedented, ‘Asia first’ collaboration with Mandala Club.
