Eat & Cook Pop-Up In Hong Kong


On January 19th The Foundry hosted an exclusive, one-night-only Pop-Up event presenting the culinary masterpiece of Chef Lee from Eat & Cook whose cuisine has been recognized as 'Asia's 50 Best Restaurants One To Watch' and 'Michelin Selected 2023'.


Hosted at Rêveri, this extraordinary dining experience featured an exquisite 8-course menu highlighting the re-imagined Malaysian Cuisine. Every dish is a testament to their passion and culinary artistry: From the signature XO Chili Lobster, balancing spices of Malaysian sambal, Chinese xo sauce with the sweet succulent lobster meat, to the iconic Apam Balik 3.0, a modern twist on the classic Malaysian Hawker dessert with layers of peanuts, corn, and caramel, showcasing a delightful combination of crispiness, creaminess, and fluffiness.


Priced at HKD 1,380 (+10 service charge) upwards with various add-on packages including a curated Perrier Jouët pairing.
