Chef May Chow at CHOMP's The Rescued Feast

Our beloved culinary talent, Chef May Chow of Little Bao, teamed up with Chef Chris Czerwinski from Soho House for CHOMP's Rescued Feast—Asia’s first-ever sustainable dining experience. This remarkable event showcased the extraordinary potential of food surplus, transforming surplus ingredients and scraps into delicious gourmet meals.

Guests were treated to an upscale feast, all while learning about the critical importance of reducing food waste and adopting sustainable practices. The evening was not just about enjoying exquisite dishes; it was an opportunity to gain insight into innovative approaches to addressing food waste.

Through creativity and innovation, the chefs transformed an impressive 472 kilograms of donated food into a memorable dining experience. The result was a scrumptious evening that not only delighted the palate but also raised nearly HKD 8,000 for Mother’s Choice, supporting their vital work in the community.

CHOMP's Rescued Feast was a testament to the power of collaboration in the culinary world, proving that with a little ingenuity, we can make a significant impact while enjoying extraordinary food. Thank you to the CHOMP Team and the Chef's for a scrumptious evening!
